Before You Go!

As with all natural remedies, you shouldn’t expect a miracle overnight *.

You need to persist with carrot juice to let it work.

* Or, can you?
Try out the following mask.
Take half a carrot, cut it into little pieces and boil them for about 10 minutes.
Add some honey and lemon juice and mix into a fine paste. Apply that on your face, leave on for 30 minutes and then wash it off. Your face should feel fresh and toned.
Alternatively, just apply carrot juice to your blemishes and leave it on your skin overnight. You may feel a difference in the morning!

The Aussies have started brewing and drinking Carrot Beer and apparently the stuff’s not bad! You could look into that.
